How to share a link with bigger picture on facebook

I wonder from last 3 days that how people are posting links with bigger picture as it is increasing their click though rate. Can any body help me how to do so. I tried to find on Google but not clear. As some says its only for ads but some says we can share. I tried but not found a away to do so. Please help me out.

IF you upload a pic and then post it ,,it will not happen ( big ). You can see he is sharing a website.,, while doing that FB has introduced new things (idk about that) which automatically makes post like that. There is no trick in that.

It happens automatically now. It just doesn't work if your photo is a lot bigger in height than in width. If you want to customize it to perfection use images with these dimensions: 1200 pixels x 627 pixels

I think you can make it like that by click the little arrow on the pic and selecting highlight. I have done it before on my page but not recently. I know it's a click within that drop down though.
