How to setup my own PBN network?

I stumbled upon the below thread

So far no problem to find someone that can make 5 to 10 or even more websites.

However, we all know content is king, so if every one of the websites is done with lots' of high quality content. You still need to update them here and there from time to time.

How do you go about it?

I assume you build then links to the PBN sites, and link from these PBN's to the money site (as described a million times) any ideas on how to go about it?

According to me, The first step to building an effective private blog network is finding high-quality domains which still have referring domains and link juice pointing toward them. For example, you can buy these expiring domains in GoDaddy or Sedo. Now you need to start hosting each site separately on different IP addresses. This can be done through HostGator or Bluehost, also remember never to host multiple websites from the same server as leads to problems down the line when attempting to build pbn links outwards.The next phase is setting up each website within the network with unique content and outbound links leading back toward money sites, creating original articles based on relevant topics, and avoiding duplicate content. Additionally, diversify anchor text throughout posts. Install WordPress, get started with keyword research, and Create your post list. Now you need to add external links pointing back toward money pages.

For me it looks like if I use this service I only need to focus on content, the right domains and link building. The difficult part with hosting and variation they do with the above service.
