Old post but still valuable content. Most of the methods work well, especially in germany there is a easy way to open up an anonymous paypal account with a credit card from your local gas station.
Also i can approve that the employees look at the ID's you gave to paypal for like 5-10 sek. (tested it with several ID's and even made extra huge mistakes with photoshop which where not seen). They are not TRAINED in detect fales ID neither does this a computer
