How to setup an anonymous/untraceable PayPal account

Hello people,

Very nice tutorial but I dont think I can use it since I am not from America. I am from Serbia(this country is not on paypal list) but there are some peple that order some stuff from ebay using somekind of paypal account. Can any of you give me an idea how can I make a paypal account using some other country like Hungary, Slovenia, Greece or some other country close to my. I have a debit card with my name and address, and I was thinking on signing on paypal as Hungary citizen but then they will check my credit card and see its from serbia, right?

Are there any prepaid debit cards available for canada?
 
Haha he's right, photoshop or even MSPaint believe it or not. I had to do this with a fake paypal before and it works perfectly. The only mistake I made was I fucked up and tried to transfer money to the linked bank account...a spare one in my real name. paypal noticed immediately and locked the account asking for ridiculous amounts of information. so just remember to transfer funds from the fake to real account, THEN to your bank account :)

only thing is i know paypal now checks with chexsystems after you reach a certain point of income... just a basic credit check to make sure you have a history....

Any way around this without using a CPN (fake social security number)?

If not, then this method works up until you reach like $5k or something like that, then they make you use a cpn.
 
I'm willing to buy nFinanSe cards for $50 if anyone in the US wants a nice easy revenue stream. I will probably end up buying hundreds over a longer period of time if this works on Paypal.

And these cards are free, all you need is a US address to be posted to or buy from a retail shop. So this is $50 pure profit.

I need to start receiving funds in my paypal, but Paypal blocks this as I am from South Africa
Some Monetary Law or something.

i am in the us and currently have an address , i also have some ways to get cards if anyone wants to offerr..../
 
When transfering the funds to the nfinase card how long will it take before the money is ready for me to walk up to a atm machine and withdraw the money and is there a limit on how much We can withdraw daily?
 
the hardest part is photoshoping. I dont have the raw photo/ ID

I used to set up pp in another country, I chose newzealand. I photoshoped anything, used US bank account to withdraw. THE ONLY MISTAKE i made is Using someone else's photo. Everything is fine, I can photoshop the ID. The only problem I got is that I am afraid, after like 15-20 years, paypal will ask for my ID.

I Don't know how to make the photo older and different since it's not mine...

US bank to verify, can find on the net, I think there is.
Documents...photoshop able.

I do not have raw doc to edit. Anyone has bill, invoice etc... that you don't use, Can you share with me, I will edit all info, I just need the frame.

once I have docs, photo to edit. It would be totally anonymous account.

The problem is, that sigomoney is shipping only to USA addresses.

What, if I am outside the USA and want to use it ?

Also it works only at ATMs in the USA and Puerto Ricoh,
not in Europe.

What would be the ideal debit card to get anonymously
to link up with a PayPal account in Europe without
needing to supply any Passport IDs or something simular ?

I know you can buy online a VCC, that can verify your
PayPal account, but can you then also add a second
creditcard as a debitcard to cash off the money
from the PayPal account at an ATM machine ?

Where can I get an anonymous debit card in Europe,
that works with ATM machines in Germany and does
not require personal identification ?
