I just bought a expired domain in the niche I want to start, TF 1 CF 15 from 2012 to 2018 or something.

It's kindly branded and the guy still run his instagram profile now an then...

So, if run this as my website, should I reupload similar/same domain to the links he already have in the same site structure and then start to upload new content?

Or is it better to just reupload everything as was and use as a pbn site to a fresh new domain?

TF1 CF15 is the common definition of spammed site
Unless you find something worthy in the linking profile I may ditch it straight to the bin, or build somewhat you feel worthy in case the domain is awesome.

I couldn't found spammy links and the links pointed to it are mostly from competitors in the same niche, that's why I thought was worthy the domain...

But the real question is, how should I start with a expired domain and take the most of it's old potential in SERPS?

if its the same niche that you want to promote, you can build a new similar site or reconstruct it from archive.org

exactly! but is it better to build only the pages that have links to it or everything?

I mean, once google crawl it again, does it need to be exactly the same structure, content and all or only the pages that had links to it?

you can modify the theme if the content is more or less the same. i mean normal sites also change themes once in a while and google doesnt care for the theme, it doesnt analyze design it just cares for the content.

This is also what I told myself, put back the original content and a link now Google is a registar. This means that he knows that the domain has changed owners.
We don't think about it enough

thanks! last question, does it work even if the domain isn't indexed? it seems to be my case...

It will get indexed once it is live again. Try and report to us your progress.

Working on it, since I am a n00b I am still setup vps and shit.

The question is, once Ilink DNS to the expired domain, google will crawl it and see what's there?

should I rebuild similar content and links before doing this or is there any other way?
