So im going to be selling my first site on flippa and I dont have paypal nor do I plan on getting it.. But how do you set up the transaction once you have a buyer?

I mean I don't want to give him the domain or anything until I get payment.. So what is a safe way to do this?

I have never sold a site there before but really want to sell it and invest in more IM things.

    Thanks for any suggestions!

Yep, you can either do Escrow or direct bank wire if the buyer trusts you enough.
And there's obviously Western Union / MoneyGram (.. but good luck trying to find a buyer who is willing to do that, unless you've got a very, very good reputation)

    Either paypal or escrow.

If small amount, then use paypal, if big amount, then use escrow.

Use escrow.com. You've been warned. Unless you know paypal enough to screw the other party in order not to be screwed...

The best way is to use escrow but their fees are outrageous. I sold a site for $5K and in the end after all the fees I got only $4200 in the bank.
