how to set up payment arrangement when selling on flippa?

So im going to be selling my first site on flippa and I dont have paypal nor do I plan on getting it.. But how do you set up the transaction once you have a buyer?

I mean I don't want to give him the domain or anything until I get payment.. So what is a safe way to do this?

I have never sold a site there before but really want to sell it and invest in more IM things.

I would do escrow.

Yep, you can either do Escrow or direct bank wire if the buyer trusts you enough.
And there's obviously Western Union / MoneyGram (.. but good luck trying to find a buyer who is willing to do that, unless you've got a very, very good reputation)

The best way is to use escrow but their fees are outrageous. I sold a site for $5K and in the end after all the fees I got only $4200 in the bank.
