It's going to take us awhile to iron out all the small details, but one major difference in functionality is the ability for users of certain levels to have conversations with multiple users at the same time. PM's previously were restricted to user A messaging user B, now we have the ability for user A to include B, C, D in a conversation where all included parties may participate. Thus, conversations.

Mine doesn't say start a conversation, maybe I don't have enough posts?

Click on my avatar (or anyone you are trying to start a convo with, just giving you live example)
Then click "profile page"
From there click the "information" tab
You will then see a yellow link that says "start a conversation" a couple of rows down
Then click "profile page"

can't find start a conversation... I clicked on information tab but it show's "About" and "Interact"

Yea you'll have to get your post count up then man. Once your post count is up, "start a conversation" will be right beside "interact".
