If you have any alert to update to your email id, then kindly do that. It will update all the things and go to information in your profile page then you see option "start conversation".

Maybe now you need to have a good "Rating" to be allowed to send PMs?? Any guide would be appreciate

I do not see start a conversation. Something is missing. You need better faq and instructions if sending a pm is this complicated.

You need 50 posts and you need to be a member of this forum for at least a month before you're able to send a PM.

It's not the instructions that's a problem.

Contribute to the forum. Don't just run around spamming threads and people. That will get you reported and banned.

WHERE exactly would I have seen this requirement? I looked and found no faqs or instructions anywhere.

And "need 50 posts". That means I need to start 50 posts? Or just respond in 50 posts?

I don't "run around spamming" not sure why you would say that. I'm just trying to get help so I can PM someone I have good info to share with - not looking for an argument.

The rules are in the process of being updated. That's why you can't find this info anywhere.

You can either start a thread in a qualifying forum or reply to a thread in a qualifying forum. Posting in the Lounge doesn't count. There's a few other places that don't count too.

You need to chill out. I didn't say you were going to spam. I was warning you not to.

Seems link to conversations look like this http://www.blackhatworld.com/conversations/add?to=nickname.1234 . There nickname.1234 is the person who you want to PM. Sadly leads to "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action" for me now (
