How to send mass emails?

you don't need bulk setup; you can simply use multiple gmass as the list is small i think after email validation the list would a bit more smaller too use 15-25 emails (daily) per sender using plain text to ensure 99% inbox drop. test with the available list with multiple copies find one and then you can think about a big bulk campaign with 40-50k leads or even more to do that you can use instantly or similar tools or setting up smtp server if you dont wanna deal it by yourself you can use email sending services from bhw or any other place you find comfortable good luck!
Good tip about testing with multiple copies! I will def try that.Heard 'Instantly' too, seems popular, any pref between it and others like mg or SG?

So my friend has a product. We went to send an email to 3000 company emails that we scraped. There's not going to be links we'd just like for the company to write back or maybe call us back or a phone number. What's the best way to do this? 300 emails sending low volume by 10 or is there another way?
You should warm up your list first because if you don't they might end in the junk/spam folder. Use inframail to send mass emails.

Use SendGrid to send the mails to their inbox

to send mass emails, use the BCC field for simple sends,
use built-in mail merge features in Gmail (premium feature)
or Outlook (using Microsoft Word) for personalization, or
employ a dedicated email marketing service like Mailchimp
for professional campaigns with features like scheduling,
analytics, and unsubscribe link

Run the list through an email validation service first to remove invalid addresses and reduce bounce rates.

nice tips.if i use mailchimp i can see opens,clicks and unsubscribes...But i must pay a monthly price.worth it?

Track opens, replies, and bounces-pause and investigate if bounce or complaint rates rise.

Send 3000 emails in small daily batches through a trusted mail service, keep the message short, personal, no links, and ask them to reply or call.
i like the no links thing. it's more personal/natural...what type of subject line is best to keep it casual?

Resend or Amazon SES

Zoho mail can help with that, but it is better to warm these email addresses since you scrapped them and validate the addresses too to know active mails among them.

How much duration to warm up the emails for good deliverability?

Here's what I use for cold email outreach for my performance marketing services.
  • I have purchased a few domains from GoDaddy similar to my business name, and for each domain, I have about 5 email addresses. I prefer GoDaddy as there's no need to set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. For 3000 emails, you will need 10 accounts, and you can send and schedule 25 emails each day (one email every 9-10 minutes) from one email address.
  • Warm up your email accounts for 10 days at least to ensure your emails are not ending up in spam.
  • Personalize your emails as much as possible to achieve a higher open rate and improved deliverability.
  • Always verify the email addresses through a verification service to ensure your emails are not bouncing up.
Here's what I wouldn't do.
  • I wouldn't use Gmail for outreach. People may not take your offer seriously when they see you are sending it from Gmail.
  • I wouldn't use emails linked to my business domain, as when you outreach, people mark your email as spam. You don't want your important business email landing up in spam.

Good suggestions, thx.
I can also suggest to use aged domain names.
I rented these domains configuring the MX/CNAME record (along with SPF and DMARC) with good results.
Domains without history are more easily marked as spam.
