How to send mass emails?

So my friend has a product. We went to send an email to 3000 company emails that we scraped. There's not going to be links we'd just like for the company to write back or maybe call us back or a phone number. What's the best way to do this? 300 emails sending low volume by 10 or is there another way?

This is not the quickest method but it works fine, other methods will get complicated and you don't need some big setup to send 3k mails. Just divide them among some accounts and you should be good to go.

We have google workspace non profit account which has like dialy email sending limit around 1500 and you can create upto 2000 user in it and add 600 domain so maybe it will best fit for you

It's safer to start small with a clean list and keep messages personal because scraped bulk emails are frequently flagged

i suggest to start by. warming up your list first - they might just end up in spam/junk folder.

Sending all 3,000 in one go will almost guarantee you land in spam. Better to split them into smaller chunks, spread them over time, and use different accounts if you can. Keep the emails short and natural, like you’re writing directly to that company, not blasting a list, that’s what usually gets replies.

There's probably an automation service for that, personally I don't rely on them. You could have someone or yourself code automation tools but the delivery-side setup and risk mitigation (avoiding spam flags and similar restriction) is particularly tricky and would rely on our usage.

Don't send from fresh email, you'll be banned so quick lol. Buy some aged accounts and then start slow, i don't know the max limit, that probably depends on what kind of accounts you've got. After testing for a while, you can use some extensions to automate it as well.

3000 emails is pretty easy to do. You can simply use Gmass and send emails using gmail id.

Nice set up! When you send this kind of bulk mails, do you use any type of an Auth (to get through spam filters) or you just trust on a good sub and hope?

you don't need bulk setup; you can simply use multiple gmass as the list is small i think after email validation the list would a bit more smaller too use 15-25 emails (daily) per sender using plain text to ensure 99% inbox drop. test with the available list with multiple copies find one and then you can think about a big bulk campaign with 40-50k leads or even more to do that you can use instantly or similar tools or setting up smtp server if you dont wanna deal it by yourself you can use email sending services from bhw or any other place you find comfortable good luck!
