Interspire and even 1 IP. 5k mails = 1k per hour on 1 ip.
not even needed for PMTA, just cron

there are lots of options. I've used sendgrid and would recommend it. there's also amazon ses, mailchimp, etc.

if you have an email list and if they are not opt in, you will run into spam rules/laws so use your head.

most mass email software you run on your servers will likely be frowned upon by your hosting provider and under their terms will ban you immediately.

also, if you try to spam from your isp, you will get the axe also.

so stick to opt in lists. use aweber or mailchimp and run campaigns to get them to subscrbe. this works far better as you got targeted interest and your conversions will go up.

lot of people tried and got spam notification so why bother, rather send few hundred from different accounts and have quality CTR

Look for Mail Merge addon for Thunderbird, I think it's a perfect solution for you. It can even personalize each email
