Clear + disable web-history option if you use Gmail... this is crap forced on you anyway. I wouldnt re-enable it after.
Make sure you dont have any Gmail addons etc installed that auto-login to your account. If so, disable them.
Clear cookies/history/etc via browser.
Close browser.
Go find the actual directory cookies are stored in and delete them, as well as flash cookies.
Open browser, goto Google.
Type in something random, like ppp and click search.
In the top right-hand corner, click 'web history'
Click 'disable customizations based on search activity'
Go back to Google homepage and your done!!
