Am I correct in understanding that I won't be able to order or purchase anyone's services until I've written 30 messages?
So if I need something urgently, I still have to wait a week just to order the service?

You don't need 30 messages to be able to purchase services.
If you would like to buy something, you can place an order directly in our Marketplace with any seller.
Just head to the service you are interested in and follow the seller's instructions. There is no waiting period for that.
