How to scrape entire website for dropshipping purposes

I'm currently using a company that dropships over 5000 items. I want a quick way of scraping all of the product information (including photos, description etc) and putting it on my website. Is there a quick way of doing this? I recently began a new website and I'm considering to use Opencart but will this interfere if I find a method of scraping the other website?
