I'm looking for a solution to run the same Android app on different proxies and virtual devices, as I don't have physical phones. Could you recommend any programs, software, or websites that allow running multiple instances of Android app?

Sounds like, exactly what I was trying to find out, I ended up using BlueStacks.

You just create multiple virtual machines and install the same app on each of them.
