how to run nutra ads ? I need help

Sending to a blog post that provides a detailed description of the product instead of directly to the offer is a recommended practice.

Have high trust accounts with histories of spending. And try using cloaker. You should find an agency with an internal cloaking system, not those commercial ones which have so many additional functions that
make your account more vulnerable to the bot.
 
First, you need an anti-detection browser and proxy. Second, in the nutra niche, you need to set up ads to bypass moderation, so that Facebook moderators don't see your creatives, and run more aggressive ads, with drugs and so on. This gives us very good results.

The reason is that your ad content has been flagged by Facebook's system. Please use new content and conceal it properly
 
Need to use agency advertising accounts with a history of spending — it can’t be a new account. Try running ads on different social media platforms as well.
