For nutra ads (or any BH ads for that matter) the following are non-negotiable
1. Cloaker - Without this, forget running ads for longer than a day.
2. Ad accounts - If you're cloaking, you will be able to run ads for a few days with a normal ad account. When I say normal, I mean non-whitelisted, non-verified, $10 accounts.
Ideally, you need an agency account and there are tens of providers on BHW so you're not short on options. They won't cost you an arm and a leg and will take away 90% of your headache dealing with accounts.
Apart from the above, you need to be careful with your ad copy and creative. Go super aggressive, and you'll be banned soon (unless you're on a whitelisted account, then you'll last a week or so even with aggressive ads). Try to be creative and discrete. Get some payment history on the accounts, then increase your 'aggressiveness'.
These should allow you run the ads for more than a few days.
