A VPS can be found just about anywhere. I'm not going to Google it for you, but once again for ease of use just purchase one here from a reputable member. They tailor theirs towards IG management usually.
For automation software, use Jarvee. Nothing else is close at this point.
After five accounts (be careful on these five, lower setting in order to protect the main account), you will need to then connect accounts to proxies to automate them. Usually the rule is two accounts per proxy IP.
When first automating the account you have to warm it up. This is easier when you buy an aged account, meaning an older account that is more-well established. Aged accounts seem to get a few more passes from the IG algorithm and cause less red flags.
Accounts that are automated are flagged less when they utilize all of IG's creative features. Stories, posts, IGTV, etc. Post all the types of content, this also will help your reach in a fucked up kind of way since IG shows you more when you use their new features.
So with the basics of automation listed above for running multiple accounts, let's go into content.
Pages tend to grow fastest (in most niches) at around 5 posts a day. This is because sometimes your followers wont see your every post.
Through experimentation I find that 3-5 stories posted daily allow your wall-posts to reach the maximum amount of viewers. If you are struggling with stories post a "Check our my new post" or something similar when you post more content on your feed.
Hashtags still produce organic growth, but are given up on commonly. Use 80% low-medium traffic hashtags and 20% high traffic "popular" ones. You want to rank on a hashtag longer than a few minutes and will never do so competing with the Coca-Colas of the world. I find success alternating anywhere from 10-30 hashtags currently. Keep alternating hashtags, I have been penalized for using the sames ones multiple times in a row. I feel like the track copy/paste somehow.
Otherwise, content content content. Quality content consistently = growth.
What should a child account post?
Well - content from your niche but organic and original content. (Change some colors and throw a filter on) AND DO POST STORIES (Posting stories sometimes ads months to one of my account's lives)
How do they direct traffic to your page? I have the best luck with giveaways. I host a giveaway on the main account (usually a digital product) and have the child accounts all post about the giveaway in their stories and feed. They then for the days during the contest, slowly message through their own followers, sending some to the main account.
I also had luck running giveaways actually from the child accounts, and having the winner (almost everyone was a winner lol) follow and message my main account. The DM forces the algorithm to think I'm closer to these new followers than I am, so they will in turn see more posts of mine at a later date.

If you have more child accounts then I do, lots of people have success merely DM'ing new followers with a quick sales pitch to follow their main account.
