I tell MILF I will build her a website for $1000 and charge $1000/month for SEO.
she says she has heard of a site called Wix where she can get a website built for free and SEO for $25/month

how would you respond to this?

Same as any other business; make the customer speak, gain their trust, then present your offer, give them value and explain them why going with you and your prices is worth it.

the question. But I thought the milf part was an important detail....I mean if a 10 year old boy asked the same thing my answer would be different than if a 40 year old woman asked, no?

Yeah, that makes total sense. What would you call a 10-year-old boy? KILF?

They are referring to the fact you called her a MILF, implying you ignorantly drop your prices on an emotional level for attractive people, meaning you expect to woo her with a gesture of kindness, meaning you objectify women and expect something in return for the grand support and assistance you have taken time out of your day to give them out of the kindness of your heart.

Rather than just say a lady client.
 
I'd just tell her to go ahead, build the site with wix and when it doesn't work give me a call.

Years of tech support has made me recognize you normally don't want a hard sell against someone who already has their mind set. She isn't going to pay what you're asking unless you do a hard sell and then I can guarantee she's going to go from MILF to person you wouldn't touch with a long ass stick because she's so damn annoying. If you talk her into paying you, she's going to call you every hour or every day wanting something because in her mind this could have been done for $25.

So let her do it for $25 and when it doesn't work then she can call you. At that point she knows it would never work at a lower price so she's not going to feel entitled to bug the crap out of you.
