If you provide a service of any kind you should know how to handle a situation like this. I think you are in a wrong place.
 
Arrange a meeting at her office to fix the website and who knows what happens! :)
 
My answer is the same either way, even if she is Alyssa Milano:

"Good luck with that, I thought you were serious"

The fact that you describe her as a MILF instead of a client says volumes.
