Are they external or internal? If they are internal after deleting the post you can only wait, don't worry too much about ahrefs. Doublecheck you have deleted every post with those anchors. If they are external try to contact the owner of those links, if you can't build more natural anchors and bury them

I think they are internal. The only thing that helps is waiting. If they were external they would do more harm than good. The first one on the picture is in german language. This does not fit to the target site. In such cases I would try to write to the owner of the site to delete the link or use google: https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/disavow-links-main
