how to remove negative reviews

Did you try contacting scamguard? Also, are those reviews legit? If yes, then improve your service first.

If the negative reviews are valid, then try improving your services hereafter, also contact the clients who left negative reviews and deal with them. If they're not convinced and remained angry customers then ask your happy customers to leave positive reviews. This is a cost effective way, if you're able to spend more bucks then hire a rep management company.

This is what I would do if the negative reviews were valid. I've only ever had 1 unsatisfied client (unsatisfied with the quality of work, although I explicitly stated I don't design logos), and what I did to prevent him from leaving a negative review was give him 15% discount on the original price. If you leave the customer feeling like you actually care about them and your work, they're less likely to leave a negative review.

Drowning out the negatives with positives can backfire. First, angry reviewers might come back to call out the 'fakes'. I've seen this happen with other businesses. Secondly, if you submit a batch of positives within a short timeframe, it'll look obvious. My suggestion would be to stagger them and if you can, comment on that page with a sincere sounding apology (even if you don't mean it).

If your business finds itself the victim of negative reviews that have the potential to significantly harm your online reputation, as well as your bottom line, don't panic. Although how to remove negative reviews on Google can be extremely frustrating, it is by no means impossible.

Reputation Management for Business offers a number of different levels of service, from simple monitoring through to a fully managed PR service, with the top packages designed to not only save many hours/month that typically need to be spent on ones online presence but also to increase business by nipping bad reviews in the bud and improving the online presence of the business through positive reviews from your actual clients.

If you're from EU just submit a request (to Google) for deletion of these results from SERPS

Are you serious? When Google will delete the negative reviews they will do it de-indexing pages of other sites.
It isn't a solution to the OP's problem because on review's site is online and readble.

OP boost with positive reviews (not cheating). When you see that a customer is satisfied offer him something free in exchange for feedback.
This technique works very well, if you can not make it contact reputation agency.

Try not only remove those reviews but also get some positive feedbacks from your clients.
Every company who work with clients have negative feedbacks, the ratio of positive to negative — there is a question.

I can't but agree with you. A lot of companies face such problems, life happens. First of all you should learn how to respond to negative reviews. Check some information about online reputation management and try to find really good PR manager

THe only thing I can suggest you to get as many positive reviews you can get.
Plus, make some strong backlinks for your website so that they can get it rank in front page and dominates the negative reviews site.
On the other hand, can you contact scamguard and have them remove your negative reviews?

You can fight about negative review its a better solution for remove review.

I did something similar for an old colleague of mine. Some shitbrick posted something nasty and untrue about his car insurance business but as the company writing this crap was based in Northern Cyprus (home of an increasing number of British gangsters) they couldn't be traced and/or stopped.
I created a load of web 2.0's, over 10,000 words of content, a couple of charity fundraising sites and got him a small advertorial piece in a local newspaper and after three weeks, the bad review was at the bottom of page 3 from position 4 on page 1.
Ok so it hasn't disappeared but it's a far more positive situation for him.

You can not remove negative issue but try to convenience those commenter to get positive reviews on it avoid it.

At first contact the scamguard to remove that, if there is failure means goes to google options. But both failure means ask any ORM agency(may be more expensive).

And my suggestion is:
If you have much knowledge about SEO means you can build some well optimized profiles and get active them and try to get them to first page so the negative goes to back.

BUT if you want to remove that permanently means ask scamguard and google only the option i think.

Hey, i work for a company that deals with reputation management, if you would like to see how we can help pm me and ill forward you to our business website/number.

First make 4 -5 positive review and submit over same website and request to website this is spam i think this is better one for you

How about contacting the customers and trying to correct the problem? If the quality does not improve you will get more negatives in future

Here are two things EVERYONE overlooks when it comes to Rep Management.

1. Create a verified Google+ page and get some reviews on it. This takes up a lot of SERP real estate. Yes, it's on the right side so it doesn't push bad reviews down, but it does draw the eye and can really help attract more clicks. If people see that you have lots of reviews on the right side they will likely want to see them.

2. Buy ppc ads on your brand name. I see a lot of companies doing this in highly lucrative industries that due to the nature of their business, attract a lot of negative reviews. Yes, you are paying for traffic that you would get anyways, but it's not expensive and really nothing compared to an ORM service. It could actually save and make you money if less people are clicking on the bad reviews.

These two methods are super easy and can really help, but they are not long term solutions.
Make the clients happy so this doesn't continue (if possible). Also encourage them to leave you reviews. Whitespark has a free review handout generator which you can give to your clients in print or by email. It's a flowchart of how to leave you a G+ review.

Now that's a good idea, never tought of it. My clients always leave a review on some recent g00gle+ post instead off the right review place with the pencil and star rating. Think i'm going to print some businesscards with a Qr code on it that redirects them directly to the right review page or a page on my site with a custom made flowchart.
