This is what I would do if the negative reviews were valid. I've only ever had 1 unsatisfied client (unsatisfied with the quality of work, although I explicitly stated I don't design logos), and what I did to prevent him from leaving a negative review was give him 15% discount on the original price. If you leave the customer feeling like you actually care about them and your work, they're less likely to leave a negative review. If the negative reviews are valid, then try improving your services hereafter, also contact the clients who left negative reviews and deal with them. If they're not convinced and remained angry customers then ask your happy customers to leave positive reviews. This is a cost effective way, if you're able to spend more bucks then hire a rep management company.
If you're from EU just submit a request (to Google) for deletion of these results from SERPS
Try not only remove those reviews but also get some positive feedbacks from your clients.
Every company who work with clients have negative feedbacks, the ratio of positive to negative — there is a question.
Drowning out the negatives with positives can backfire.

Whitespark has a free review handout generator which you can give to your clients in print or by email. It's a flowchart of how to leave you a G+ review.
