How to Remove Negative Links from Youtube Channel ?

Hi Guys

To the point :

1. How do I remove negative backlinks from my youtube channel ?
2. A way to check if I even have negative backlinks ?
3. Do I just move on and create a new channel (was planning on buying an aged account) ?

Explaining my situation :

I paid $50 to guy on fiverr to optimize my whole youtube channel.

A week passed and he sent screenshots of vidiq showing how my videos are ranking and the seo score being great.

I checked and my videos wasn't ranking for the keywords or have the seo score , I told him that the stats are false.

He didn't reply for 2 days , so I sent him a message asking for a refund.

He went on to say that the reason my channel is doing so bad(seo score, ranking) is because my channel has over 700 negative backlinks.

He told he can remove it but its going to cost $85, but I'm not giving him anymore money.

If anyone can help Thanks

Are you sure that your channel has over 700 negative backlinks? because he can be just lying to you and probably when you give him that 85 he will find another lie to tell you.. and why don't you rank your video by yourself?

Im not sure but I also don't know how to check.
I wont be giving him any money.
I was ranking videos but after that youtube update , all these view providers went to shit.

He just want to take your 85$, dont trust him

It's called "Fiverr SEO" for a reason.
