How to remove google red security warning from my site?

Hello. I did the mistake of installing an adfly plugin on my site. After google made a big red warning site of a deceptive site ahed on my site I uninstalled it. Although I requested several reviews on the file a wrong alert button it is still up and I got no feedback from google. Any tips how to take it off?

One is restore a backup where it didn’t appear, clear your cache and submit for reindex action

This is indeed the best option since the plugin may affect some of the website files. So just upload a backup when the plugin wasn't installed clear cache on Cloudflare / whatever and then resubmit.
