How to Remove Footer Links from SMThemes?

Hey wickedguy,
i need help with my website and footer links.
OK i use ArtDevil Smtheme,i am quit good in coding but not soo good.. ok now can you add me on skype,facebook or give me your mail to send you my wordpress loging information to fix my site ??
Please this site really needs me pls ?


i waiting for answer please help
 
Search in "Templates's Files" it's same that wordpress or others CMS, it's shit coded.
 
Hey bro that doesnt help me anything i need fast help from someone that really know how to remove footer, and to remove footer protection after removing (lines) from footer.php after that on site display some red line whit (Please return links to footer menu bla bla )
anybody can help me i spent 3 days trying to make this but i really dont know how to fix it ?
Help ?
 
Go to footer.php and press Ctrl+f to find the words in the page and link of SMtheme then enter SMTheme or SM on that search bar you get the link and words which related to SMTheme .
Now you can remove manually :)
No need of coding and all .

It is not simple like that.If it were, there wouldn't be so many people struggling to fix it.SMThemes put 3 layers of lock on that footer, on both server and client side, PHP and Javascript.So for anybody that found just one break, don't be frustrated, you are on the right way, there still just one more side to break (server or client) and done. ^_^

hey guys/gals, I need to remove the footer links as well...could one of you help me out with this?

one is bottom.php "<div class='smthemes'> & $SMTheme->get( "integration","footercode" )"
another is smthemes.js where you can use jsbeautifier to make it readable and remove the eval bits.

so what's the third lock then? "server & client" sides?
 
Blogroll Remover works fine with older smthemes, but not with the updated ones.In order to make it work with new ones, do this:#1 - Install Blogroll Remover(don't be scared by the bring the footer links back warning)#2 - Open smthemes.js(I preffer notepad++) and search for div. You will get three results, one of them is div_, just leave it. Change the two div to div class='smthemes' or div ='smthemes'.#3 - Replace smthemes.js on your host with the one you have edited.Have a beer!

This does work indeed, thanks allot you both.
i almost gave up after 1.5 hours of looking into the file for the code to remove and suddenly read this post
 
Anyone?? HelpMeOut? Need to remove my Footer links. m willing to give FTP details.

Thanks for that ! I does work, but unfortunately I always get this error code when I try to install Blogroll Remover :

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent

Any help for that ?




 
Hey wickedguy, i've sent an e-mail to the support of blackhatworld but no response. I really want to talk to you because I am having the same problem from this post and I can't remove that "Please return following links to the footer:"

Hi WickedGuy,

this is my first post :) I'm needing your help to remove the floating red footer in my smthemes "hiphop".
Tried to use your plugin, <div class="smthemes"> seems not in the index.css nor in styles.css :( please i need your expertise here :)
