how to remove earwax from clogged ear?

i have this problem with my ear, i think i have a narrow ear canal or something. every few months my ears get clogged and I open it up using debrox
but this time debrox is not working. I have been putting it in my ear for the past 3 days and it has not helped at all.
not only is my ear completely blocked (cannot hear a damn thing), my tinnitus has gotten worse (normally my tinnitus is tolerable but this tinnitus is at another level)
there is also a sharp pain shooting from my ear to my brain every few minutes. it's hard to describe it but that's the best way i can describe it.
i am hoping there is an old indian or chinese at home method like cut onions and put them in your ear or something.
please dont tell me obvious shit like "go to the doctor" (dont you think i already thought of that?)
or wash it out with water (dont you think i already thought of that?)
I hate it when people give you obvious advice
any methods?
