how to remove ad codes

I have scrapped a site using winhttrack.

there are thousand of pages. All those pages have popups and other ad codes. How to remove those ad codes and place mine?
 
Advertise on BHW
You can use vim or gvim to mass replace the ad codes using regular expression.

Does that works for you?
