How to recover PI passphrase key

Is there a way to recover PI passphrase key that was lost or forgotten Instead of creating new wallet and lost the old wallet with the PI that has been migrated to the main net old wallet ?

No way to recover it unless you backed it up, start digging through your files!

Yed you can definitely recover your passphrase if you sync it with your Gmail and you can also recover it if you have the register number

Unfortunately, if you've lost or forgotten your passphrase key, there's no straightforward way to recover it. The security measures in place are designed to protect your wallet and PI from unauthorized access.
However, I'd recommend trying the following:
1.
