How to Recover Facebook Account Without Email or Phone?

I'm trying to recover access to a Facebook account, but I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to it. The usual recovery options are dead ends. I’ve already tried:


  • Account recovery page
  • Friends verification (not showing up as an option)
  • Old device login (no luck)

If you don't have access email or phone, then it is almost impossible to recover.
But You can try to contact Facebook chat support.
Only Facebook support can help you.
They will ask verification of identity.
 
Try logging in from a device or network that you've used to log in to your account before — this increases the chance that a different verification option will appear.
If that doesn't work, you can create a new account and submit a report to Facebook's support center with your ID for verification (if the account is under your real name).

Hey, my dear, I understand how frustrating it is for you to be locked out in that manner, especially when the standard procedures fail. One more thing you can try since email, phone, and even friend verification are not showing: Follow the instructions at facebook.com/hacked. Even if your account wasn’t hacked, this path sometimes gives more recovery options than the normal flow.
Also, upload a clear picture of your government-issued ID if it asks for it. This has helped some people get their accounts back when everything else failed. I hope this is of use to you. Best of luck,

I had this issue too. I used Facebook’s recovery page and tried to find my account with my username. If that didn’t work, they asked for a photo ID. It took time, but it helped me get my account back.
 
If you lose access to your old email/number, try recovering via the device you signed in with or sending proof of identity with your account information. It can sometimes take a few days for support options to reopen – patience is key.
 
Try to contact support. There was an option to recover somehow the profile through an account of a friend of yours. Basically from your friends account he needs to open your profile and there were certain steps to take to be able to recover

Try This.
  1. Open Facebook messenger
  2. Click on the 3 bar on the top left,
  3. Click on the gear symbol to go to settings
  4. Scroll down to bottom and click on Password and Security
  5. Click on Password and Security again
  6. Click on 2FA authentication
  7. Click on your account
  8. Click on Additional Methods for login code
  9. Click on Recovery Codes
  10. Copy and save your recovery codes somewhere safe
  11. Use the recovery codes to authenticate your login now.
 
I had this issues before and unfortunately I dont know BHW then this account have been forgotten forever. =))))
 
Try logging in from a familiar device or Wi-Fi network that you've used to access your account before. Or, you can create a new account and send a report along with photo identification (if your old account used your real name) to Facebook's support center to request verification.
 
If you no longer have access to your old email or phone number, you can try recovering your account using the device you previously used to sign in. Another option is to submit proof of identity along with your account details. Keep in mind, support may take a few days to become available again, so be patient during the process.
