I have developed a health related site name "chasegamp". If I want to improve this site rank to PR2, what types of specific method I have to do?

I don't know why you would want to improve your PageRank, but you can do that by building backlinks for your site. See, that's how easy it is :)

I have started my own journey too , I asked the BHW member to recommend me some good SEO and Link building packages , I will spend some money on these services and then try to figure out how things work :)

If you just want PR, than search for "how pagerank calculated". You will find a lot's of complicated formulas. In a nutshell, you need "do follow" links from pages having as high page rank as you can get, with as low OBL (outbound links) as possible.
 
Be good at your on page SEO.
Write high quality content.
Get links from high authority sites and make some as do follow links to keep it natural.
Share your site on different social sites.

Thank you very much to all of you for the useful feedback and suggestions. It feels good to be a part of a group that really cares about other people challenges.
Does any one of you would suggest a good honest SEO service that is not using short lived/short cuts to help a business to improve big G presence.
We are already have a very good and unique content, decent local presence, etc. We just need a little push to get there

What everyone is missing IMO, is that PR doesnt mean traffic. Even if it was a pr5 doesnt mean it will get traffic.

To rank you would need authority which you can get from expired domains or authority sites in your niche.
