SB do help a bit as any link, and are usually good to get site indexes quickly eveen though submitting video site map to google is quicker because it gets your site indexed pretty much instantly. So I usually use this method to get indexed. But SB are still links and they should help in ranking.

What do you mean for web 2.0 ... the strategy is already described?
 
Since google do change their algorithm from time to time, it would be good if you could always involve in whitehat practises for your site like quality keyword research, writing interesting and long content, manual commenting with a purpose etc. Don't ever get involved in a blackhat practice which may back fire later.
 
IMO it is better to create a more blackhat site and see if you can rank before creating a high quality whitehat site with safer methods as it is much more expensive if you are not confident abouyt ranking it.

Hi,

Can someone explain me this part please? Just rechecked i.e. tumblr has directly on the main page lot's of posts.. and in one of the posts are a backlink to the money site. is this the main page which above described? Then on the post page self I should a backlink to the main page to give more link juice?

How many links I should link to the MS? is one backlink okay? And the second in the post is to the main page back from the deep link right?
And assuming the web2.0 pages are tier1 then I should get lot's of backlinks from tier2 like other web2.0/forum/directories vice verca.. how many backlinks should I build..

i.e.
tier1 = one backlink to money site
tier2 = 100 backlink to tier1
tier3 = 1000 backlinks to tier2

like this?

sorry for the stupid questions...
