This was about 10 years ago if I remember good.
You do not need any updates to rank / have keyword movements in SERPs.

it's very difficult to rank within 1 week unless the content goes viral or your site has high authority. Ranking a keyword will take at least 2 weeks to 1 month.

Not without an authority site. You'd need a high DR domain and even then, it'd be a stretch to rank within one week.

No, it's not possible to rank a keyword within one week. It should be at least one-month need to rank a keyword and it depends on the page quality.
