However, you can:
- Do the Youtube livestream method.
- Post the links on social media and inflate the metrics with fake retweets/likes/fb shares via an SMM panel.
- Submit the links to one of the indexing services.

OP want to index BACKlinks so GSC and rankmath won't help.
As mentioned above... use social media, reddit, livestream to index. Also, there are indexing services you can try for free.

Quick indexing is not possible on these days. Also, it depends on the quality of the links. If the links were recently done, you need to wait until 2 to 4 weeks for natural indexing. Promote them on social medias & build some tier links to it.
