I've contacted the email on their website destined for advertising countless times over the years, never got a response.
Any ideas?

I believe you can buy banners on 4 Chan on a certain network but im not sure which one it was. Either it was ExoClick, TrafficJunky or ExoticAds - Let me check and ill get back to you
