How to Protect Pirate software website from DMCA

i'm working on a website that contains Pirated Softwere, premium video editing assets and many more resources. is Offshore DMCA ignored Hosting is enough to protect website from getting ban and run my website for long time. is there any other suggestions and recommendations to protect my website.

Is your domain from a bulletproof provider as well?
 
Is your domain registrar also offshore. Or did you register privately with normal registrar?

Hide your website's actual ip address for extra layer of protection from any take down notice. Dont use your real name and address when registering for domain and web hosting. Hide your home internet IP address using VPN/proxies when registering and managing your websites/domains

Its best to host your files and websites in servers that are located in countries that can nuke USA such as Russia, Iran, China etc.

Why? If US corporations send copyright threats to companies located in these countries, these offshore companies can reply with mockery to those US corporations without any fear.
