How to properly use a contact list?

Hi,

I got (by alternative ways) a contact list of about 20,000 people interested in casino gaming.

Since this niche is not properly accepted by FB i can't use those contact as an audiance through Facebook ADS.

I got this information: name,surname,email,cellphone,address.

Do you have any idea to use those data properly? I'd like to advise some bookmaker or some betting forecast service.

Mailchimp allows you to import and send emails to a small list for free, if the emails are valid make sure that you create a marketing campaign and do not spam them, relevant products that help their needs will increase your open rates an sales.

Actually, it is still can do on Facebook ads. There are many agencies that can run casino gaming on Facebook ads. They have unlimited BM accounts or several of accounts to keep the ads keep up
