How to Properly Leverage Large CMS Access for Download Funnels

Looking for advice from people who have hands-on experience building and scaling desktop download traffic networks.

I’m currently working with a large pool of direct CMS/admin access (~200K sites) with mixed SEO metrics, different trust levels, and some existing traffic. Trying to figure out the most effective way to structure and use this kind of asset without burning it too quickly.

Would appreciate practical input on:

• how to segment and utilize such a site pool
• content strategy (articles, pages, automated vs manual)
• link placement and velocity that actually holds
• indexing and crawling approaches with minimal footprint
• routing traffic into download funnels (prelanders, filtering, etc.)
• scaling while keeping things relatively safe
