i have started my own ppd one week ago
now how can promote it and how can i get people?
where is the best places for advertising for ppd site?

is it fully custom coded? If not you wont have much success.
Best place to promote is on forums like bhw...IM forums...money making forums.
 
create videos of high quality and upload them on YT with targeted keyword oriented Title, description, tags and place link of your PPD site in the description with call to action words and then start reading few of the journey threads here on BHW and you're good to go.

Man you started PPD site and you don't even know where to promote it. You probably downloaded some free script and made a website. You won't get publishers.

Do NOT post in the Making Money section posing as a "member" of your site to promote it...

Unless you have weekly payout and a custom file locker and link locker forget it.

OP should get banned. Same user having 2 accounts in Forum Goldenaxe is another account of OP already banned.
Promoting fake PPD network. I have been banned because of OP in another forum as I listened to promote his PPD site.
He is a big cheater.
