I think if you advertise in enough IM forums with a convincing sales post that you'd see some interest.

I was on another forum and someone recommended BuySellAds as they have affordable rates. I'm not sure if you can promote services by using ads. *Here comes the sad part* You'll just have to look around for work that's already out there and try to build a portfolio around it.
