Hello guys,

Could anyone please suggest a good approach on pricing FB ad campaign management services to Clients?

U can charge a flat fee - they pay the ad spend + flat fee for your service depends on their size

Thanks zionbar, thats exactly the problem, I normally charge a flat fee but am used to working with small businesses. What happens when a much larger Client comes along? Is there an industry rule of thumb that applies a % of budget ad spend or something along those lines? Would you take into consideration target market size as well?

It depends on the kind and quality of service that you'll be offering, as well as the amount of time you've been serving your clients.

Take a look at your competition and see what are their prices. Then think about your price.

Based on target price per k.
Its way easier to quote the price

usually what agencies charge is $100-$1500 for ad creation depending on budget and work involved for the campaign and 5% to 20% of the weekly or monthly ad spend.

Well shot myself in the foot on this one :) But guess that this what learning from mistakes is:

Had a large Client approach me (I know they have large budget allocation worldwide) to do a trial campaign in one country. Offered 10% of budget spend, which ended up below the minimum fee that I charge many smaller businesses. Given their lead targets and CPLs I overestimated the budget they were willing to allocate....

Will always propose minimum fixed fee + % of the budget from this point onwards. I think that's the safest way forward (covers the minimum and also has the variable factor for budget variation, while also stopping them from wasting your time)
