How to prevent youtube removal?

Hi it's newbie here again,
Sadly my previous youtube videos got deleted immediately after the upload. Is there any tricks to bypass this like adding or changing Title and Tags later?

In last post someone said I cannot use 'banned' tags. So how do I rank my videos to my category then?

by uploading them without using... banned tags (?)
