I just spammed some FB groups, my account was from 2005

I still spam them just from a lot of different accounts.
That most certainly is still a profitable method; not as profitable as back in the day but easily scaled to a decent number.

First search group on facebook then join the group if not allow without there recommendation as some question answer then you will be joind

You don't post too much from a single account. That will give you temporary warning first and then BANG! So you should post from different accounts from different devices (different IP). You could use proxy+multilogin app for that.

In some groups, you may have to wait for a while by the time your post is approved. The admins need to review your post to ensure it is in accordance with their policies. Hope that helps!
