I am searching for a Tool or Script which can post new eBay Listings to my Facebook Group Queue.

The Listings are scraped from ebay Kleinanzeigen (German Ebay Marketplace) and i want that the Tool post it to the Facebook Group when there is a new Listing in the Category.
Can someone help me?
