Hi,

One of my client have received a fake review on "ripoff report." This is something he cannot afford and his reputation is at stake. I want to outrank tis website for certain keywords for which it is showing on the first page of the google. Please let me know how can I do this?

You can create an article on the Highest PR web 2.0 sites manually, and send a diverse backlink profile to each article. Make sure to include the on site SEO (Kw in Title, low keyword density, etc). Push the Rip off report down and off the first page(s).

You need to work on his/her ROI by building some high page rank profile links.

Its more than difficult to do that , you need absolutely a lawyer , with low % of success.
But you can out rank doing SEO for the sites that are just below that post you need to get rid.
