So i have a website that is currently ranking #4 for a pretty
competitive search term and have a couple of black hatters ahead
of me who must of been doing some serious bot work themselves
recently because ive hit it pretty hard and no movement. Ive tried
SENuke, Scrapebox, Xrumer and plenty of white hat work also and im not
going up, down or sideways. Ive been stuck at #4 across all related
terms for around 3 months now and it has to stop lol and i need a
2-3 rank boost soon or im going to head butt the wall :) (could be funny)
Its not a big money term but its just the principle...:D #1 soon or i
kill the site and move onto the next one, i cant settle for 4th.

Anyone got some super top secret BHSEO tips to share to get
me past these guys?? I wont tell i swear, im like a vault!

Simple, high PageRank links.

You don't mention that but I'm assuming that you haven't done that yet?

Are you linking to internal pages as well as the homepage of your site?

Here's an example of a keyword that had consistent rankings like yours for quite some time on the first page and that added high PageRank homepage links.

Often times the missing variable in a lot of SEO campaigns is quality links.

Wow, that was like lightning...thanks a bunch...Im guessing revSEO does the job? Or have you got some other resources?

LOL I am one of your competitors LOL :) just kidding,

use backlinks, SEO, fresh content, and hey some good services here in BHW :)

match and exceed.

ie. do whatever they are doing but more of it.

If they've hit their websites hard, then copying them is pointless, as they've more then likely got the cash to hit it harder if necessary.

You just have to focus on better quality links then they have. I'm sure you already know that, but a lot of people think a few good quality links are all that's required, and stop after that, hoping for better rankings overnight.

dude, try to get links from the websites that are your competition if that is possible... Look at the first two pages for that term and see if you can get bl-s from them.

2nd thing QUALITY backlinks with high PR and same subject as your site.

Time is a factor in ranking. The longer your site is there, the longer its backlinks have existed, the better it will rank. Slow and steady wins the race.

If your site is new and you're up against a few older sites, as time goes on the age gap will become less of a factor (big difference between a 3 month old site vs a 2 year old, not as much between a 3 and 5 year old).

Awesome! loads of useful information, here's my feedback...

Junk links and blasts:
have been doing for the last 3 months but im not seeing any movement, as stated these guys are doing it too. (two with around spammed 20-25K bing links)

Matching links: whilst this is usually in the thought process 1) its a bit hard to match that amount of links 2) not sure if i want to match the spam links and 3) i like to think pro-actively rather than re-actively so hopefully i can find something that there not doing or do more of the good things they are doing, not the bad...

Link exchange: Done done and done...Not with their sites but other high pr sites in and around the niche...whilst its good practice, nothing gained.

High PR Home Page / High PR Contextual: This is what I am looking at now as all of the usual suspects have failed. Besides revseo etc does anyone know of any good networks or services at good prices. (nothing against revs - heard great things) but want to give myself a few options and id prefer to do something that isn't a monthly tie in...

Doesn't sound like you're using web2.0s then. They can be really helpful. Start with http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/341339-free-current-web2-0-blog-list-60-websites-7.html.

As you set them up, stick a spun article on each one, pointing to your main site. Once they are set up ... all this blasting you have been doing to your main site, start doing that to the web2.0s.

LOL! Tell me your secrets...bahaahaahah jokes

Have fresh content 3-4 times a week going into the blog...looking for high PR home and contextuals i think???

High pr links. It's only about the numbers, not the hat color.

if you have at least 3 article writers and 3 VA's I can share to you my SEO system.

And oh, you also need to have a budget for the secret recipe. I'm not talking about any service that I do(i dont self promote) but service I use. You can use them or get some alternative, I dont care.

I'm just sharing the system so you can just do whatever tweaks you want to do. I'm just giving the formula your looking for.

I think we would all like to hear about this!

You can't outfox the fox because the fox will outfox you.

I've seen several sites in a few niches I'm in get slammed hard because of high PR homepage networks recently.
I wonder how much money they lost :D

In my opinion fighting for number one spot when there are other blackhatters involved is like trying to be a heavyweight fighter. You might beat everyone else, but only for so long, until someone comes and knocks you down.

The money must be REALLY good for you to fight so hard, and remember any victory is fleeting, think about it, the net is changing, google can knock you down, etc. I would find another niche personally, but let me know how it goes, i like to learn from watching others. Thanks.
