What do you mean by the fastest way? If you mean the fastest way to get a US LLC after registration, then there is no fastest way because the time frame varies on the agent platform that you decide to use.

filing the actual LLC is fast, usually takes like 2 or 3 days in Wyoming or New Mexico if you go through a registered agent. the real bottleneck is always getting the EIN from the IRS. if you don't have an SSN or ITIN, they have to fax the SS-4 form and that can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on how backed up they are. don't waste money on services promising 24 hour turnkey setups because they can't bypass the IRS wait times anyway.
