•If I created thousands of FB and IG accounts with this, how sure are you I wouldn't get caught up now or in future , I want to use for a serious long term business.
•does it need proxy?

It doesnt have canvas fingerprinting, webgl, webrtc etc, and yes you would need proxy.
Try kameleo, its pretty cheap and does the work or you can even test a free version of ndalang, its cheaper

Firefox portable is the best , m running 20 ebays and paypal accounts with one IP address , sometimes i open 5 browsers in the same time to send money , everything is fine for me !
You have just the change a code in the browser parametre ( seartch on youtube how to run multiple firefox profiles )

I want something that will make me able to keep cockies + have multiple accounts on the same laptop without any problem like the same "machine id" ....

use firefox type on address bar aboutrofiles and click new profiles add proxy every profiles
