You can create multiple accounts by chrome incognito mode. BTW its really depend on what type of account you want to create.

Please dont listen to people telling you use ingontio mode or different browsers for these type of accounts!!
Use VMware or VPNs, just proxies wont cut it either, thank me later!

but I heard that there is some browsers that allow people to manage hundreds of accounts from the same laptop as they have a built in fake js,fingerprint,mac,user agent ....

It's possible to create multiple users/accounts in a browser. VM gives 100% unique fingerprint. Another browser account doesn't.
